TORQUE IMPORTS LLC OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
GENERAL
The Torque Imports Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Torque Imports LLC (the “Sponsor”) and shall be interpreted under applicable United States federal law and Florida law, together with any other applicable state or provincial laws. The Giveaway is open only to eligible legal residents of the United States of America or Canada, subject to the restrictions in these Official Rules. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is sponsored by Torque Imports LLC.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter, an entrant must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada and be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in the entrant’s state or province of permanent residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or Administrator, their respective parent or affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. References to “Entrant” or “Entrants” include any potential or confirmed winner where the context requires.
WAYS TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry during the Giveaway Period.
PURCHASE ENTRY: Eligible participants may enter by making a qualifying purchase through the Torque Imports online store. Unless a different promotional multiplier is expressly announced by the Sponsor, each eligible $1 spent on merchandise earns one entry, excluding taxes and shipping. Online entries must be received by the applicable campaign deadline announced by the Sponsor. Entries submitted by automated means, mechanically reproduced entries, or entries submitted by another person or entity on an entrant’s behalf may be disqualified.
MAIL-IN ENTRY: Eligible participants may enter without purchase by hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3 x 5 inch card or paper and mailing it in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage to: Torque Imports LLC, 8460 NW 21st, Sunrise, Florida 33322. Each properly submitted and eligible mail-in entry is worth one entry in the Giveaway. Each entry must be hand-prepared and mailed individually. Bulk shipments and entries prepared or submitted through third-party organizations are not accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the deadline applicable to the Giveaway. No confirmation of receipt will be provided.
Fraudulent activity, including purchasing merchandise for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return the merchandise after the promotion, is prohibited and may result in disqualification and exclusion from future Sponsor promotions.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD / END DATE
The specific opening date and closing date/time for the current Giveaway will be announced on the Sponsor’s official website and/or official social media channels. All entries must be received within the announced Giveaway Period. The Sponsor may close the campaign when the announced entry or order limit is reached, if applicable.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, communicate with entrants, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, and for other purposes described in the Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. The Sponsor’s current privacy-policy URL should be posted on the official Torque Imports website and incorporated here before publication.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, Entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, YouTube (if applicable), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize, including claims relating to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, printing or administrative errors, lost or delayed communications, and injury, death, or property damage.
The Released Parties are not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication-line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration of entries, network or computer malfunctions, server or provider failures, software failures, email failures, human error, or internet congestion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages and attorney fees, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
RELEASE OF CLAIMS - CALIFORNIA
To the extent California law applies to an Entrant, the Entrant acknowledges that unknown or unsuspected claims may exist and expressly waives rights under California Civil Code Section 1542 and any law of similar effect to the extent such waiver is legally permitted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If the operation, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway is impaired by fraud, tampering, technical failures, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify responsible persons and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, and to award the Prize from among eligible, non-suspect entries in a manner the Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with these Official Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
A failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If a dispute arises concerning the identity of an online entrant, the entry may be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, subject to verification.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
The Administrator will conduct the Prize drawing from eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing date and/or winner announcement will be communicated through the Sponsor’s official channels after the Giveaway closes. A potential winner may be contacted by phone, email, USPS mail, or another method selected by the Sponsor.
FRAUD WARNING: If selected as a potential winner, Torque Imports LLC may contact you directly. A legitimate winner will not be required to provide banking or credit-card information or make a payment as a condition of receiving the Prize. Winners will not be notified solely through unsolicited social-media messages. Entrants should be alert for impersonation or fake accounts.
GRAND PRIZE
After eligibility is confirmed, one Grand Prize winner will receive the choice of a 2024 BMW X3 M or USD $70,000 cash (the “Grand Prize”), subject to these Official Rules. The vehicle’s final specifications, mileage, condition, equipment, and approximate retail value should be accurately disclosed by the Sponsor before the Giveaway is published or opened.
Unless otherwise announced in the applicable campaign materials, the secondary prizes are: Second Place - USD $1,000; Third Place - USD $500; Fourth Place - 75 free entries for the next Giveaway; and Fifth Place - a USD $50 gas gift card.
PRIZE DELIVERY AND VEHICLE CONDITIONS
Torque Imports LLC will cover reasonable travel expenses for the confirmed Grand Prize winner to travel to Florida to claim the Prize if the Sponsor elects to provide an in-person pickup. The Prize must be claimed within 15 days after final winner approval unless the Sponsor provides a different written deadline. If the vehicle option is selected, the winner must timely title and register the vehicle as required by applicable law.
The vehicle Prize will be delivered “AS IS,” except for any warranty rights that cannot legally be disclaimed. Any upgrades or additional options are the winner’s responsibility. The winner must possess a valid driver’s license and may be required to provide proof of insurance before delivery. Except for expenses expressly stated as being paid by the Sponsor, the winner is responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, taxes, optional equipment, and other expenses associated with ownership or use of the vehicle. The winner is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable safety and emissions requirements. If the announced Prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (for U.S. residents), a Declaration of Compliance (for Canadian residents), tax forms, and other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor or Administrator within the deadline provided in the winner notification. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes imposed on the Prize. U.S. winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by law. If a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, fails to provide required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
CANADIAN WINNER REQUIREMENTS
A selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law before being declared a winner. A Canadian potential winner must also have reached the age of majority in the province or territory of residence. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Released Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, city/state or province, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Entrants agree that disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or any Prize will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Claims and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering the Giveaway, and Entrants waive punitive, incidental, consequential, special, and indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent legally permitted, any legal proceeding arising from the Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be interpreted as though the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been included.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Official Rules constitute the complete rules governing the Giveaway and supersede prior inconsistent statements regarding the Giveaway, except for campaign-specific details expressly incorporated into these Rules. Section headings are for convenience only. Any amendment or waiver must be made by the Sponsor in accordance with applicable law. Entrants may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Official Rules.
WINNER LIST
The verified winner’s name may be made public on the Sponsor’s official Torque Imports website and/or official social-media profiles after the verification process is complete. The Sponsor should insert its current official social-media handle before publication.
SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Information provided through a mobile messaging program will be used to transmit messages, respond to participants when necessary, and administer the program. Information may be shared with platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and vendors that assist in message delivery or program administration.
WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO THIRD PARTIES, except as otherwise disclosed in the Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy or as required by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disclose information as reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; avoid liability; enforce its rights; or protect persons or property. Participants must provide accurate and truthful information and may not use a false or unauthorized identity.

SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS
Participation in any Torque Imports mobile messaging program is subject to the applicable Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy made available by the Sponsor. By opting in to a program, participants agree to those terms, including any legally enforceable dispute-resolution provisions.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
Every eligible $1 spent earns entries as stated in the applicable Giveaway promotion and any announced multiplier terms.
First-place winners, whether local or out of state, may have the opportunity to visit the Torque Imports shop in Florida and meet the team. If the Sponsor announces that travel expenses will be covered for the first-place winner, the Sponsor will provide the applicable travel details directly to the confirmed winner.
If offered by the Sponsor for the applicable Giveaway, the winner may receive free vehicle shipping within the continental United States instead of in-person pickup, subject to the Sponsor’s written delivery terms.
