1. GENERAL

The Torque Imports Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Torque Imports LLC (the “Sponsor”) and shall be governed by applicable United States federal law, Florida law, and any other applicable international, national, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations.

The Giveaway is intended to be open to eligible participants worldwide, including residents of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and other countries, provided participation is permitted by the laws of the entrant's jurisdiction.

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is intended to be open to eligible individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of permanent residence, whichever is greater.

International participants may enter, subject to applicable local laws, eligibility requirements, and any jurisdiction-specific restrictions announced by the Sponsor.

Employees, officers, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor or Administrator, their respective parent or affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

All entrants are responsible for complying with the laws of their country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.

The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

References to “Entrant” or “Entrants” include any potential or confirmed winner where the context requires.

4. WAYS TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry during the Giveaway Period.

PURCHASE ENTRY

Eligible participants may enter by making a qualifying purchase through the Torque Imports online store at www.torqueimports.com.

Unless a different promotional offer is expressly announced by the Sponsor, each eligible $1 spent on merchandise earns one entry, excluding taxes and shipping.

Online entries must be received by the applicable campaign deadline announced by the Sponsor.

Entries submitted by automated means, mechanically reproduced entries, or entries submitted by another person or entity on an entrant's behalf may be disqualified.

FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Eligible participants may enter without making a purchase by hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3 x 5 inch card or paper and mailing it in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage to:

Each properly submitted and eligible mail-in entry is worth one entry in the Giveaway.

Each entry must be hand-prepared and mailed individually. Bulk shipments and entries prepared or submitted through third-party organizations are not accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the applicable Giveaway deadline. No confirmation of receipt will be provided.

International entrants must ensure their submissions comply with applicable international mailing and postal requirements.

Fraudulent activity, including purchasing merchandise for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return the merchandise after the promotion, is prohibited and may result in disqualification and exclusion from future Sponsor promotions.

5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD / END DATE

The specific opening date and closing date and time for the current Giveaway will be announced on the Sponsor's official website and/or official social media channels.

All entries must be received within the announced Giveaway Period.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway when reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approvals.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Sponsor's official website or social media channels.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The current Giveaway features the following advertised prize options:

OPTION 1 — VEHICLE PRIZE

One BMW X3M, as advertised in the current promotional campaign.

OPTION 2 — CASH ALTERNATIVE

$70,000 USD.

The verified winner may select either the advertised vehicle or the $70,000 USD cash alternative, subject to these Official Rules.

The winner is entitled to receive only one of the two advertised prize options, not both.

The vehicle is awarded in its existing condition, subject to any written representations, disclosures, and warranties required by applicable law.

Prize substitution or modification by the Sponsor is permitted only to the extent authorized by applicable law and these Official Rules.

7. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION & WINNERS

Torque Imports LLC welcomes eligible participants from around the world.

Eligible participants residing outside the United States may enter the Giveaway and, if selected and verified as the winner, may choose the advertised vehicle or cash alternative.

All international participation and prize awards are subject to applicable laws, regulations, banking requirements, sanctions restrictions, and eligibility verification.

Participation is prohibited in any jurisdiction where the Giveaway would violate applicable law.

8. INTERNATIONAL VEHICLE SHIPPING & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

If an international participant wins and elects to receive the BMW X3M vehicle prize, the winner shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for all international shipping and transportation expenses.

These expenses include, but are not limited to:

• International freight and shipping charges
• Port handling and transportation fees
• Customs clearance and import duties
• Import taxes and government fees
• Vehicle registration and licensing
• International transportation insurance
• Vehicle inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Any modifications required for importation or legal road use in the destination country

Torque Imports LLC is not responsible for paying international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other expenses related to delivering the vehicle outside the United States.

The winner is responsible for determining whether the vehicle may legally be imported, registered, and operated in their country.

The Sponsor is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or a winner's inability to legally import the vehicle.

Vehicle transfer and collection arrangements will be communicated directly to the verified winner.

9. CASH PRIZE OPTION & INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER

The verified winner may choose the advertised $70,000 USD cash alternative instead of receiving the BMW X3M vehicle.

The cash alternative may be delivered through a domestic or international bank wire transfer to a verified bank account held in the winner's name.

International winners may receive the cash alternative in their country of residence where permitted by applicable banking and financial regulations.

Before payment, the winner may be required to provide:

• Valid government-issued identification
• Proof of age and residency
• Bank account ownership verification
• Necessary banking and wire transfer details
• Applicable tax documentation
• Other information reasonably required for lawful prize distribution

The advertised cash prize is denominated in United States dollars (USD).

Any currency conversion, receiving-bank charges, intermediary-bank fees, and applicable taxes will be handled according to applicable law and the final prize documentation.

The Sponsor will not be required to make a transfer prohibited by applicable laws, banking regulations, or sanctions restrictions.

The winner must successfully complete all required eligibility, identity, and payment verification procedures before the cash prize is issued.

10. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated Administrator.

The drawing may be broadcast or presented through the Sponsor's official social media channels, including Instagram Live.

The specific drawing date, time, and announcement details will be communicated through the Sponsor's official website and/or social media channels.

The potential winner must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements before being confirmed as the official winner.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

The potential winner may be contacted using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided during entry.

The potential winner may be required to submit documentation verifying identity, age, residency, and eligibility.

Failure to respond within the officially announced verification period, provide required documentation, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.

If a potential winner is disqualified or fails verification, an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to purchase additional merchandise as a condition of claiming a prize.

12. TAXES, FEES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

All applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes arising from receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winner, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The winner is responsible for obtaining independent tax advice regarding the receipt of the vehicle or cash prize.

For international winners, any applicable foreign income taxes, customs duties, import charges, currency conversion costs, and bank fees shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Sponsor may be required to collect tax information, report prize awards, or withhold amounts as required by law.

13. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

All eligible entries will be included in the random drawing in accordance with the applicable entry and promotional rules.

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

14. ENTRY LIMITATIONS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

The Sponsor may announce campaign-specific entry limits, order limits, bonus-entry promotions, or other promotional offers through its official website.

Any such promotion must comply with applicable laws and be clearly disclosed to participants.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise ineligible entries.

Any advertised maximum number of orders or entries shall be governed by the applicable campaign disclosures and Official Rules.

15. FRAUD & DISQUALIFICATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent purchases, falsified information, unauthorized automated entries, identity misrepresentation, and other conduct that violates these Official Rules.

Disqualification decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law.

16. PUBLICITY & WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The Sponsor may publicly announce the verified winner's name, general location, and prize selection where permitted or required by applicable law.

Any use of the winner's image, likeness, or testimonial for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for technical failures, postal delays, lost entries, interruptions, or other events outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be interpreted under applicable United States federal law and Florida law, except where mandatory consumer protection, promotional, or other laws of an entrant's jurisdiction apply.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to override mandatory legal rights or requirements applicable to an entrant.
