1. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped according to the shipping information provided during checkout and our Shipping Policy.

Physical orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard U.S. shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing and shipment.

Digital products, including the BMW X3M Digital Print, are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. No physical product is shipped for digital purchases.

Delivery times for physical products are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

1. Returns and Refunds

Eligible physical products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Digital products are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products sold through the website are delivered electronically.

The BMW X3M Digital Print is a digital product and does not include a physical item.
